You call us and our knowledgeable team will appoint a representative to visit/call you, obtain the details necessary to lodge your claim and WE contact your insurer.
Your insurers will want you to obtain quotations/estimates for the works required. You have to call around various different builders to try and get them to attend to provide you with a quote. Our qualified Building Surveyors will come out to your property and compile a detailed schedule of works substantiating all the damage with photos and provide a detailed report of the damage and costs to the insurers.
Your insurers will appoint a Loss Adjuster to assess your claim. They ask the same questions and will try and negotiate a lower settlement. It’s beneficial for them and beneficial for your insurers. We will send our Surveyor to meet with the insurer’s Loss Adjuster to negotiate and explain our submitted schedule of works, which will justify everything that is required. We guarantee a beneficial settlement for you.
Once the Loss Adjuster has visited, you must follow up with them or your insurers for an update on the status of your claim settlement. Our claims handlers will contact the loss adjuster/insurance company to chase settlement. We will call, we will wait in call queues, to save you time.
The insurance company/Loss Adjuster make you an insufficient settlement offer, meaning you have to contribute your own money for something you should have been insured for. We ensure a successful negotiation to make sure settlement is agreed as per our Surveyors schedule so our Restoration Team can reinstate your property to its preloss condition.
